We get asked this question often! When we started researching how to become a travel agency, we were shocked to find out that cruise lines keep your travel agent commission when you don’t use us! That means that using us is free to you and you are supporting a small business. Once you book with us and you enjoy your vacation, we get paid!

What happens when you contact us?

When you reach out to us we will first of all be super excited. If we can book someone’s dream vacation we will be thrilled! Next we will ask a few questions, we will ask you your cruise preference or cruise history. These questions will allow us to help you find the PERFECT cruise for you. We have been on many cruises, we have done lots of research and followed many vloggers to know the exact cruise for all our clients!  While we are working on finding your perfect cruise we will also ask about what kind of room you would like? What is your budget? And do you have any ports of call you are dying to visit? Once we are able to send you a few quotes, or itineraries it is time to give you time to look over your dream vacation! We will give you time to look and talk to your spouse, partner or friends without being pushy but we will reach out to check on you and see if there is anything else you need to do before booking your vacation!

Once you contact us we take care of everything for you! We will help you book excursions, we will call the cruise line for you with any questions or concerns. If you book flights through the cruise line, we will call and adjust your times to the best of our ability.  We will share our knowledge through emails, blog posts and be available through text, phone calls, emails and social media.
